This course focuses on using art as a tool for relaxation and wellbeing. Through gentle, guided activities, you will explore creative expression to reduce stress, improve focus and support mental wellbeing.

You will be supported in identifying personal wellbeing goals. Tutors will provide ongoing encouragement and guidance, with signposting to further wellbeing or creative opportunities where appropriate.
